How to join Hero ICO

Hero supports an innovative financial system to make credit more readily available and affordable for the unbanked or underbanked, starting in Southeast Asia with the help of blockchain technology and smart contract.

The HERO Token Sale began on February 1, 2018 at 8pm and will end this February 28, 2018 at 8pm (GMT+8). One (1) ETH is equal to 200 Hero tokens.

The maximum number of tokens available for sale is 50,000,000 (50 million HERO tokens). The softcap has been reached already during the 24hours presale and according to official information, all unsold tokens will be burned.

The HERO Origen token is built as an ERC20 token on the Ethereum blockchain or also called HERO token.

The Hero token will be the ticket to the Hero Capital Market Platform which will be a Blockchain based financial platform.

How to participate?

1. Create an account at membership.herotoken.io.

2. After entering the details, click "Go to Ethereum Address".

DO NOT use an Ethereum address that came from an exchange. Any attempts to send ETH directly from an exchange (such as Bitrex, Bitfinex, Binance, Kraken, Poloniex) during the sale will result in an inability to receive Hero tokens, and your ETH may be permanently lost.

Hero token is an ERC20 compliant and it needs any ERC20 compatible wallet like MyEtherWallet, Metamask or Ethereum MistWallet.

How to create MyEtherWallet? Visit www.myetherwallet.com.

In creating, make sure you come up with a strong password and save your keystore file and private key with extra security.

3. Read the terms and condition and proceed to two step verification.

4. Upon completion of creating your account, you can now see your dashboard.

Click on the "Buy Hero Token" button at the top right corner or on Token Sale in the left navigation.

5. Read the token sales terms and condition and tick the checkbox to accept.

6. Choose which currency you want to use to purchase Hero Tokens with.

Hero Token Sale accepted cryptocurrencies are Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), BitcoinCash (BCC), ETH Classic (ETC), Ripple (XRP), Litecoin (LTC), and Waves (WAVES).

7. Once you’ve selected a currency, you will see the contract address for that particular currency. Send your contributions to this address. Send only to the official ICO contract address that you will see on your screen.

Copy the contract address.

8. Let's say you choose Ethereum currency. Go to your registered wallet address when you created your account. For example, you use your MyEtherWallet address.

Now at your MyEtherWallet, click ‘Send Ether & Tokens‘.

Paste the contract address into ‘To Address’ field, type in the amount of Ether you want to invest. Make sure it is set to ETH and set your GAS limit to 200000.

Recommended gas limit: 200,000

Recommended gas price: 25 (slower) to 50 (faster) gwei

No minimum or maximum applies per contribution

If you set Gas limit lower, your transaction will fail to go to its destination which is the HERO ICO address.

9. Make sure everything is correct then click on "Send Transaction"

10. Confirm if your contribution have been sent through visiting etherscan.io.

Copy your transaction hash from your wallet and paste it in the search bar of etherscan. You should first see the transaction as pending and wait for it to be submitted.

Congrats, you’re done!

After the end of the Token sale this Feb 28 or after reaching the hard cap, Hero team will review the KYC information submitted, reconcile and audit payments received, calculate tokens to be issued after rounding down, and target issuing the Hero Origen Token and refunding any amounts that must be refunded after the Token Sale.
